ABA Behavioral Technician

Position: Applied Behavior Analysis Behavior Technician

Reports To: ABA Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Beginning Pay Range: $15.00 – 17.00 per hour


This is a part time, permanent position. A Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician implements 1:1 treatment protocols as designed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for clients with Developmental Disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder. This therapy takes place in clients’ homes. Directly supervised by the BCBA, the Technician will assist with implementing a treatment plan that incorporates a variety of training modalities and data collection.

Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED is required, a Bachelors Degree is preferred.  Prior experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with disabilities, including ASD, is preferred. Must be willing to travel throughout Grand Rapids and surrounding areas with your personal vehicle.
