All-Site Executive Administrator

The Administrator is accountable to the Point Pastor and works with the site pastors, All-Site Leadership Team, All-Site Executive Committee, staff and support teams to manage the operations of Madison Church in accordance with its mission and vision. 

General responsibilities:

Administrative Leadership
Manages the administrative functions of the church:

  • Ensures that the daily operation and inter-site collaboration of the church runs smoothly, providing ongoing oversight and evaluation (and development if necessary) of operational and safety policies and procedures.
  • In collaboration with the Point Pastor, provides leadership in strategic planning, ensuring a process exists for the formation of ministry plans, measuring and reporting, quality assurance and improvement. Makes recommendations to the ASLT and ASEC for growth and development as needed.
  • Actively participates in monthly leadership, governance and all-site staff meetings and provides administrative support for the leaders of each of these
  • Oversees and supports the work of the Executive Assistant and staff/volunteers who have some all-site clerical, administrative, facilities, communication, technology or finance responsibilities.

Human Resources

  • Ensures proper and consistent systems, policies and procedures exist across all sites for hiring, supervising, evaluating and termination of staff according to the needs of Madison Church while adhering to biblical and legal standards.
  • Develops policies and procedures that ensure a fair and balanced approach to wage and salary guidelines and performance reviews.
  • Orients new employees and ensures that employee personnel files including up-to-date job descriptions and yearly performance evaluations are being maintained at each site


  • Oversees all-site budgeting, reporting, planning, auditing and investment management.
  • Maintains financial records of accounts and funds including processing payroll for staff, disbursing payments, preparing deposits, and preparing financial statements and reports and quarterly and annual tax statements.

Full time, salaried position. Regularly scheduled 5 days a week, working 45-50 hours, with scheduling flexibility required and based on church needs (likely will include some evenings)
