Student Ministries Pastor

We are excited to offer a great opportunity for a Student Ministry position at a growing church.  This position will provide leadership for all student ministries (6th– 12thgrade) and have the responsibility for creative planning, with an emphasis on cultural relevance.

Our church's mission is to introduce people to Jesus and to follow Him together. We believe the best way to accomplish this is by encouraging those in our church who are already following Jesus to pray for, invest in, and invite those who they know and love to see Jesus.  Sharing Jesus not only helps others, it helps us see the beauty of Jesus more clearly (Philemon 1:6).

The successful candidate will be able to clearly communicate the Bible in a manner that will inspire and engage students on who God is and how to live out their faith and will be a relational person that thrives in a team environment.

This is a great ministry environment that provides the freedom to develop, expand, and impact many lives.  The church is casual, grace-based, practical, and intentional.  This position offers loving people to work with, an opportunity to build the student ministry, develop as a preacher and work at a church that longs to create an environment that unchurched people want to attend.

  • Mature, humble, growing believer, with a clear understanding of the Gospel
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities; a self-starter who is always well prepared
  • Ability to recognize, recruit, and develop talented people that can serve in the youth ministry
