Position: Residential Youth Development Specialist

Reports To: Residential Program Supervisor

Beginning Pay Range: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Full time positions in a non-secure residential treatment program, providing youth-centered counseling, care, direction and support. Assure youth are physically and emotionally safe while working as part of a larger treatment team, teaching and modelling social, communication, decision making and conflict resolution skills in support of therapist-designed service plans. Qualifications: Experience working with children and youth with emotional and behavior challenges and post-secondary coursework in social work, psychology, sociology or youth and family studies strongly preferred. Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record required.
